Masters division is only open for the regular members of Japanese Backgammon Society (￥9000/1 year).
You can register at the reception desk at any time.
-> We, JBS Osaka branch decided that we pay JBS membership fees on behalf of players from overseas. In other words, players from overseas don’t need to pay for JBS membership!
